Job Description

Prescient Edge is seeking a SR. Targeting Analyst (HQDA G-2) to support a federal government client.

Please note that the availability of this position is contingent upon contract award.

Job Requirements

Qualifications:

• Minimum 12 years of experience related to the specific labor category with at least a portion of the experience within the last 2 years.
• Conduct intelligence analysis to enable the development of HUMINT & Cl efforts, based on established analytical tradecraft methodologies and unit collection and targeting strategies.
• Conduct analysis to prioritize topics and requirements and present this analysis in a weekly report. Efforts recommended as a priority should align with INSCOM plans and operations.
• Conduct analytical exchanges and engagements.
• INSCOM Targeting Support.
• Identify critical vulnerabilities to Army interests.
• Identify new Cl/HU MINT target sets and nominate targets to the High Payoff Target List.
• Develop targets and target systems for joint lethal and/ or non-lethal engagements.
• Develop target nominations, creates database records, and databases target intelligence products.
•  Produce all-source analytic damage estimates and battle damage assessments and assists with combat assessment requirements.
•  Conduct collateral damage estimation, performs target list management, target strategy development, and provides joint target intelligence support to deliberate and dynamic target engagements.
• Provide recommendations for target prioritization to achieve commander objectives for plans and operations.
•  Provide database nominations, create and update database and uploads TMs into databases.

Education:

• Master's degree in an area related to the labor category from a college or university accredited by an agency recognized by the U.S. Department of Education; or have Bachelor's degree related to the labor category from a college or university accredited by an agency recognized by the U.S. Department of Education and an additional 5 years of related senior experience, for a total of 17 years, as a substitute to the Master's degree.
