Security Clearance:

* Security clearance required TS/SCI with CI Polygraph or the ability and willingness to obtain a CI Polygraph.

Description:

* Shall conduct Collection Operations Management and intelligence analysis to support operational HUMINT oversight and risk mitigation.

* Intelligence analysis should provide the detailed analysis necessary to support current and future, full-spectrum HUMINT operations and will ensure proper representation of operational gain or potential operational gain to decision makers.

* Shall prepare intelligence reports and recommend courses of action to the Government on measures. Products include threat assessments, trend analyses, and information papers using a multidiscipline approach.

* Shall incorporate all-source information to produce time-sensitive intelligence reports and finished intelligence products.

* Shall conduct assessment of HUMINT reporting against validated operational requirements.

Job Requirements

Requirements:

* Minimum 8 years of experience as Collection Operations Management Officer, OR Minimum cumulative 8 years experience in at least two of the following specialties: HUMINT Analyst, HUMINT Targeting Officer or Collection Operations Management Officer.

* Understanding of Intelligence Cycle.

* Understanding of HUMINT operations.

* Understanding of HUMINT Collection Management.

* Understanding of data visualization and quantitative metrics.

* Must possess strong oral and written communication skills, presenting and advocating for analytic methodologies.

* College education cannot be used in lieu of experience.

Education:

* Must be a graduate of any of the following courses:

HT-JCOE - Joint CI / HUMINT Analysis and Targeting Course

DIA - Targeting Officer Course (FHTC or equivalent)

DIA - HUMINT Collection Management Officer Certification (Clandestine or Overt)

DIA - HUMINT Desk Officer Certification (Clandestine or Overt)
