Prescient Edge is seeking a Mid. Targeting Analyst (INSCOM) to support a federal government client.

Security Clearance:

• Security clearance required TS/SCI with the ability to obtain CI POLY.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 8 years of experience related to the specific labor category with at least a portion of the experience within the last 2 years.
• Knowledge of Identifying critical vulnerabilities to Army interests.
• Identify new Cl/HUMINT target sets and nominate targets to the High Payoff Target List (HPTL).
• Knowledge of MSP and INSCOM G3-OD on the targeting process.
• Develop target nominations, creates database records, and databases target intelligence products.
• Produce all-source analytic damage estimates and battle damage assessments and assists with combat assessment requirements.
• Conduct collateral damage estimation, performs target list management, target strategy development, and provides joint target intelligence support to deliberate and dynamic target engagements.
• Provide recommendations for target prioritization to achieve commander objectives for plans and operations.
• Provide database nominations, create, and update database and upload TMs into databases.

Education:

• Bachelor's degree in an area related to the labor category from a college or university accredited by an agency recognized by the U.S. Department of Education.
