Responsibilities include:
- Perform Trade & Asset Matching for All Incoming Client and Transfer Agent Files
- Maintain Client Account-Level Firm, Office & Rep Data
- Establish & Maintain Existing Client Firm & Office Data
- Perform Research to Acquire Information from Various Data Sources Including Client Contacts, Client-Provided Artifacts and third-Party Data Sources (Discovery, FINRA, IAPD, Client Web Sites)
- Review and Approve SalesForce Change Requests
- Review and Disposition Marketo Data Exceptions
- High level PC proficiency, strong analytical skills, strong problem-solving skills, attention to details, capable of handling multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Preferred financial services industry experience / market trading.
