Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• Contact partners through, but not limited to, phone calls, email, mailings, fax and seminars to communicate opportunities to extend initiatives with the company.
• Match programs to customer requirements, and work with account managers to generate/close contracts for defined services.
• Collaborate with marketing and account management to facilitate new programs, messages, campaigns, and offerings.
• Ensure handoffs to the team are successful and exceed customer satisfaction.
• Ensure reporting and communication is frequent and bi-directional.

Required Education/Experience:

• Bachelor’s Degree or High School/Trade School Diploma with a minimum of 5 years of inside sales experience.

This position is a largely sedentary role; however, some filing is required. This would require the ability to lift files, open filing cabinets and bend or stand, as necessary.
