We are looking for a part-time cleaner. The cleaner is responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in common areas and vacant units within the apartment building. This role ensures that residents and visitors experience a pleasant and well-maintained environment.

Responsibilities:

• Cleaning Common Areas:
• Sweep, mop, and vacuum hallways, lobbies, elevators, and other shared spaces.
• Dust and wipe down surfaces, including handrails, light fixtures, and windowsills.
• Empty trash bins and replace liners.
• Keep common areas free from debris and clutter.

• Vacant Unit Cleaning:
• Prepare vacant apartments for new move-ins by thoroughly cleaning them.
• Perform deep cleaning tasks, including scrubbing floors, sanitizing bathrooms, and cleaning kitchen appliances.
• Dust and wipe down all surfaces, including baseboards and window ledges.
• Ensure that carpets are vacuumed and floors are spotless.
• Remove any leftover items or trash from previous tenants

3. Teamwork:

• Collaborate with other maintenance staff and property management to ensure a well-functioning building.
• Assist with other tasks as needed.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in cleaning or janitorial work preferred.
• Attention to detail and thoroughness.
• Ability to work independently and follow instructions.
• Physical stamina for standing, bending, and lifting.

Compensation: Based on Experience
