This role involves working closely with thefamily who run a welcoming organized home. This role will beginover the summer but for the right candidate the family willconsider extending an offer in the nearterm.

KeyResponsibilities

General Cleaning & Maintenance : Maintain cleanliness throughout the fourstory townhouse includingbeds bathrooms floors and communalareas.

Laundry & Wardrobe Care : Managelaundry with great attention to fabric care and wardrobemaintenance ensuring clothing is wellcared for andorganized.

Time Management : Create a daily / weeklyplan to complete all tasksefficiently

adjustingto any changes due to the familysneeds.

Pet Care : Occasionally assist with thecare of the dog and cat ensuringa

petfriendlyyet cleanenvironment.

Communication & Reading the Room : Develop a good rapport with thefamily

andthe House Manager to proactively address any concerns communicateabout tasks and maintain a positive workingrelationship.

Flexibility : Adapt to the evolvingroutines as the family settles into the new home and travelrequirements.

Organization & Planning : Assistthe family and House Manager with todo lists ensuring tasks areprioritized and completedeffectively.

Tech Savvy : Utilize relevant technology tostreamline tasks and ensureefficiency.
