Local company seeking a Part Time, property manager / property caretaker to work 15 hours per week (could be more hours based on monthly vacancies). This position is perfect for someone who has a positive attitude, is looking for a flexible schedule, enjoys working with people and can multi-task.

The ideal candidate will enjoy customer service, has excellent time management skills, works well with little supervision, is organized and conducts themselves in a professional, honest manner at all times. Experience with Yardi / Rent Café or other property management software is a plus. The selected candidate will also receive a company phone.

JOB DUTIES INCLUDE:

• Answer / respond to phone calls, e-mails and text messages in a timely manner
• Showing & leasing vacant units.
• Screen applications per Fair Housing policy in a timely manner
• Administer leases and collect initial rent and Security Deposits.
• Cleaning of common areas and vacant units
• Inspecting and processing move-ins and move-outs.
• Enforce occupancy policies & procedures
• Take maintenance requests
• Address basic landscaping needs on the property, including pulling weeds
• Shovel / salt sidewalks as needed in a timely manner
• All other duties assigned by the Regional Manager and Main Office, which will support the successful operation of the property.
