We are looking to add a Part Time Maintenance Technician to our team for a 66 unit apartment community located in Oshkosh, WI. The maintenance tech will work closely with the Site Manager and Regional Manager to ensure maintenance issues are addressed in a professional and timely manner.

The ideal candidate should have the ability to work with little to no supervision and have excellent organization and time management skills. The ideal candidate will have a working knowledge of basic plumbing, electrical, and painting / drywall repair. Experience trouble shooting / repairing appliances and HVAC is a plus but not required.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
