• Provide evaluation, treatment, consultation, and discharge planning for children with mild to complex needs within the outpatient clinic program.
• Participation in small group programs.
• Documentation within the practice’s electronic medical record.
• Assess and make recommendations regarding appropriate AAC devices as needed, provide written justification, and coordinate the purchase of equipment for a child with the family, team members, service coordinator, and other allied professionals.
• Help develop new programs and/or services in collaboration with other team members and upper management.
• Participate in trainings and staff meetings.

• Master's degree in Speech Language Pathology from an accredited college or university.
• Active Virginia State Licensure in good standing.
• Minimum 1-3 years of experience working with the pediatric population as Speech Language Pathologist preferably in an outpatient clinic setting.
• Basic computer experience (Microsoft Office, Internet, Electronic Medical Records, etc).
• Reliable transportation.
• Completion of Background Check.
• Negative TB Test.
• Proof of full COVID-19 vaccination status.

• Bilingual Spanish.

We provide Occupational, Physical, Speech Therapy and Nutrition Counseling services to children birth to 18 years of age in the home, community, Telehealth and clinic-based settings.
