As a Premier Call by Call Manager, you will be assisting our service team to follow our process and close deals. This is a sales and coaching role that has opportunity for commission and bonuses. Our most successful Call by Call Managers possess strong people skills and communication skills along with a strong passion to succeed. To be successful in this role, you should have prior customer service and sales knowledge which includes the following:

Responsibilities and Duties
Coach service time and ensure processes are followed
Using your Sales experience to help close deals
Experience selling to customers.
Be a negotiator with proven skills in identifying new sales opportunities and closing sales.
Must be goal-oriented, self-starting, and energetic, and must have genuine empathy for customers along with a willingness to help others.
Keeping up with product and service information and updates.
Communicating with customers, making outbound calls to potential customers, and following up on leads and unsold estimates.
Creating and maintaining a database of current and potential customers.
Explaining and demonstrating features of products and services.
Staying informed about competitors products and offers.
Upselling products and services.
Closing sales and achieving sales targets.
Develops/closes by checking customers’ history, suggesting related items, and explaining technical features.
Maintains and improves quality results by following standards and recommending improved policies and procedures.
Updates job knowledge by studying product descriptions and participating in educational opportunities.
Accomplishes department and organization goals by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different objectives.
