Job Description
POSITION: Customer Service Representative
SUMMARY
Fast-paced, fast-growing home and personal care consumer products company, located in Hauppauge, NY, is actively searching for an entry level Customer Service Representative that is passionate about servicing our customers.
The successful candidate will be responsible for fulfilling customer orders and managing incoming customer requests timely, accurately, and professionally.
JOB FUNCTION
· Responsible for customer PO lifecycle.
· Service multiple customers daily with a timely response to customer’s needs, complaints and or resolutions.
· Prioritize customer requests with an emphasis on time management.
· Weekly Reporting on Supply and Demand based on forecast for all customers.
· Works cross functionally to identify potential issues and mitigates all issues timely.
· Works closely with customers and internal teams on new product launches
· Ensures pricing is accurate on all customer PO’s before submitting into Visual.
· 24 Hour response time to all customers
