Precision Staffing is Hiring a Remote Accounts Receivable Representative

Pay: $18 - $19 per hour
Shift: Mon-Fri
Hours: 8:00am-5:00pm
Location: Irving, TX 75063

RESPONSIBILITIES OF ACCOUNTS RECEIVABLE REPRESENTATIVE
Resolve disputes and assists customers in securing prompt resolution and payment of overdue invoices
Work with the customer to implement a payment strategy to bring the customer payments up to date
Check emails, voicemails and perform follow ups to internal and external customers in a timely manner
Able to write and maintain effective follow-up notes on customer calls and conduct conference calls to discuss any customer issues with internal stakeholders
QUALIFICATIONS OF ACCOUNTS RECEIVABLE REPRESENTATIVE
High school degree required; Experience with SAP preferred
Uses clear and effective verbal communications skills to express ideas, request actions and formulate plans.
Able to conduct financial audits, identify exceptions and develop specific solutions or recommendations
Maintaining Confidentiality & Attendance is an essential function of the job
