This is a part-time, temporary (around 6 months in length), hybrid position with an average of 20-25 hours/week (possibly more at certain times. The Grace Hill office is located in Irving, TX.Reporting to the Revenue Manager, the Accounts Receivable CollectionsSpecialist is responsible for assisting with client billing inquiries, the billing and collection of trade customer balances, and dispute management. The AR Contract CollectionsSpecialist takes a client service approach to ensure customers experience positive interactions with the Grace Hill accounting team. In addition, the AR Contract CollectionsSpecialist acts as a link between external customers and internal personnel including Finance, Sales and Customer Success Managers, and Implementation Operations – interacting with these parties regularly. 

Responsibilities:

• Monitors and resolves accounts receivable cases, using a SalesForce case management tool
• Generate invoice reprints and customer statements
• Researching and resolving payment discrepancies
• Monitor dunning notice activity to ensure timely follow-up and interactions
• Meet billing deadlines, with continual process improvements to improve the efficiency and accuracy of volume billing initiatives
• Thorough communication of collection notes for inclusion in the A/R aging reports reviewed by management
• Monitor customer account details for non-payments, delayed payments, and other irregularities
• Review AR aging to ensure compliance
• Maintain accounts receivable customer files and records
• Develop a recovery system and initiate collection efforts
• Review complete and accurate invoices to our client base - recurring billings, one-time billings, and variable invoicing based on volume drivers
• Drive continual progress toward reducing the DSO
• Data validation and maintenance Intacct ERP system and SFDC: billing contact, special invoicing or collection terms, sales tax withholding data, etc.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED required, college degree preferred
• A minimum of 1 year of accounts receivable and general accounting experience preferred
• Quickbooks Desktop and/or Intacct experience preferred 
• Knowledge of office administration and procedures required
• Knowledge of general bookkeeping procedures and accounting systems preferred
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word is required 
• Solid written and oral communication skills required
• Customer service experience desired
• Experience in a highly data-driven environment is a plus
• Experience navigating the SalesForce contract management system as it relates to fees and opportunities preferred
