Position Title: Accounts Payable Specialist

Job description:
The Accounts Payable Specialist supports the Accounts Payable Manager in the daily functions of the account department for the companies managed by Praesum Healthcare
Accounts Payable Specialist Duties/Responsibilities:
- Knowledge of Invoice Processing, Preparing vendor checks
- Knowledge of reconciliation of credit card statements, bank statements, etc.
- Extremely Organized, Attention to Detail
- Highly proficient in Excel a MUST, knowledge of Great Plains a plus
- Possess the ability to critically analyze documentation
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent
- AA Degree or Vocational training preferred in a related field
- A minimum of 1-3 years of experience in an accounting/bookkeeping role
- Individual must be computer literate with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Full Time 8:30 am to 5:00 pm M-F
- May or may not include weekends
- Insurance: Medical, Dental, Vision, and STD options
- Medical FSA and Dependent Care Account
- 401k with company match up to 5%
