Position Summary: The Client Services Associate is responsible for performing activities that will ensure client data is accurate, communications with clients are timely and accurate, and information is passed on to other areas of the company as appropriate. Essential Duties & Responsibilities: Prepare claim filing reports for our clients utilizing SQL and/or manually creating reports from a variety of sources Ensure proper routing and potential recording of client contracts Verify client data accuracy across all systems Records management of all client data, agreements, certain communications, etc. Interact with the Sales team to ensure proper communications are occurring with salesperson assigned clients Communicate with Sales representatives to support data collection efforts Research and communicate needs of Sales representatives to team members in order to address client needs in support of claim filing. Execute on resolving needs. Interact with our claims analyst team to gather necessary information (case details, claim details) Update CCB’s data repository Properly record distributions within CCB’s system of record. Assist with remittance coordination with PRA Finance Help create external communications including contract response emails, FAQ’s, new case notification, data request follow-ups, CCB updates, and any other communications necessary to be sent to clients Ensure all incoming phone calls and emails are answered and routed effectively.
