Position Summary: Responsible for performing a variety of duties in the financial planning and analysis department in order to support executive and senior management and adhere to production goals. Prepares internal financial statements (including monthly reporting), continuous forecasting, and budget variance analyses for assigned departments. Key Responsibilities (other duties may be assigned): Provide timely and accurate monthly financial reports for assigned business units and departments Assist in annual budget process and continuous forecasting Perform variance analyses for assigned business units and departments Assist with other corporate financial reporting, accounting and finance initiatives as necessary Ad-hoc analysis for FP&A department Professional Experience/Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in business or accounting/finance required 0-4 years of related experience required including a strong understanding of the P&L Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate and collaborate with multiple departments Strong computer skills required with the ability to learn new systems quickly Must demonstrate intermediate knowledge of Access, Excel, Word and Outlook Possess working knowledge of GL systems, Reporting systems and GAAP Must be able to multi-task and demonstrate leadership skills This position is hybrid located our Norflk, VA office.
