Essential Functions
· Manage inbound calls from customers who require residential planned maintenance service(s) to be scheduled, rescheduled, or cancelled
· Make outbound calls to customers whose residential planned maintenance service(s) are due to be scheduled, or need to be rescheduled or cancelled
· Schedule repair and/or troubleshoot visits for both commercial and residential customers
· Manage service technician schedules to optimize travel and labor efficiencies
· Schedule warranty start-up services for new customers
· Update customer information in Company ERP system as needed

Education/Experience

· Preference given to candidates with experience in the technical/manufacturing/skilled trade fields
