POWERS GENERATOR SERVICE, LLC is Hiring a Customer Support Specialist Near Swanzey, NH

Essential Functions

· Manage inbound calls from customers who require residential planned maintenance service(s) to be scheduled, rescheduled, or cancelled

· Make outbound calls to customers whose residential planned maintenance service(s) are due to be scheduled, or need to be rescheduled or cancelled

· Schedule repair and/or troubleshoot visits for both commercial and residential customers

· Manage service technician schedules to optimize travel and labor efficiencies

· Schedule warranty start-up services for new customers

· Update customer information in Company ERP system as needed

· Ability to work and make decisions independently to support the Company’s stated goals

· Exceptional communication skills (telephone, email)

· Ability to work as part of a team to ensure that customer expectations are met

· Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

· Ability to function effectively in a fast-paced and potentially stressful environment

· Proficient with Microsoft Office suite

Education/Experience

· Employment background in Customer Experience, Service, Sales, or related field (3 – 5 years, required)

· A.S. or B.A. in Business, Marketing, Sales, or related field (preferred)

· Preference given to candidates with experience in the technical/manufacturing/skilled trade fields

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 - $24.00 per hour
