Fitness Sales Description:

Perform facility tours, book complimentary fitness assessments, be involved in performing fitness assessments, outreach to potential members, new membership activations and activate new personal training programs.

Fitness Sales Duties:

• Ensure that Club reaches personal training revenue goals
• Ensure that Club reaches membership revenue goals
• Present, build a value and influence all members (new and existing) regarding personal training services available at Powerhouse Gym.
• Continuously develop leads and generate fitness assessments with new and current members.
• Progress on clients new & renewal to be delivered to GM monthly or as requested.
• Confirm gym membership and PT appointments
• Mastering the sales software.
• Mastering of gym membership software.
• Create awareness of all current fitness incentives and program options.
• Ensure that the goal of complimentary sessions are met each month.
• Ensure that our personal trainers are performing their daily tasks properly.
• Ensure that all personal training clients are up to date on payment.
• Meet with all personal trainers once a week.

This position is ideal for individuals who possess a passion for fitness, sales and prospecting, as well as, an enthusiasm for helping people get started with membership and Personal Training. Looking for an upbeat fitness professional that is comfortable with selling, prospecting and managing.

Requirements:
> Full-time availability (40 hours per week)
> Knowledge and experience in the Fitness Industry (minimum 3 years)
> A current accredited Personal Training certification is a plus
> Must be a goal achiever who understands how to develop, set and achieve personal goals
> Must be an advocate of fitness and exercise
> Must be able to follow directions
> Must have a strong knowledge of building personal training and sales.
> Must be a strong verbal communicator
> Must have experience working within a team environment

Pay: $45,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
