- Develop and implement effective communication strategies to support aircrew workforce operations.
- Serve as a strategic communications advisor for aircrew workforce planning.
- Perform intelligence analysis and prepare communication plans to support workforce objectives.
- Work with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of communication strategies with mission objectives.
- Monitor communication channels and assess information to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Develop and maintain ad hoc communications for aircrew strategic communication activities.
- Establish and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Secret clearance at a minimum
- A Bachelor's degree (BS/BA) or higher in a related discipline
- 3 years of related experience (a portion of experience may be substituted with an advanced degree or related certification)
- Experience within commercial aviation or military aviation (Aviator experience preferred)
