We're searching for a Strategic C ommunications Specialist . As a Strategic C ommunications Specialist , you will: * Serve as the communications lead for a large-scale federal government client . * Oversee the creation, tracking, and evaluation of communication s tasks, strategies, frameworks, and policies . * Guide strategic communications planning from start to finish , including measurement and evaluation . * Provide strategic and practical communication s guidance to advance key initiatives . * Offer technical support across all communications -re lated deliverables (e.g., strategic communications plans, conten t creation, writing and editing , design services, multimedia, printing, web content, etc.) Basic Qualifications: * Bachelor 's degree i n communications, public relations , or marketing * Five (5) years of experience managing strategic co mmunications in a government or public sector setting * Five (5) years of experience in strategic planning, audience identification, engagement , and evaluation with measurable impact * Five (5) years of experience managing projects across different stakeholders, achieving specific outcomes within set deadlines * Able to obtain and maintain a Public Trust Clearance (federal government background check) Preferred Skills and E xperience: * Experience working successfully in a team environment * Superior customer service skills * Superior oral and written communications skills * Exceptional project management abilities * Understanding of communications trends and ability to keep up to da te with industry trends * Proficiency in the following M icrosoft Office applications: Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint * Experience supporting a government or federal agency Working at ICF ICF is a global advisory and technology services provider, but we're not your typical consultants.
