Job Title: Mason - Underground Utilities Division
Reports to: Project Manager
Compensation: $30-$35 Based on Experience

JOB SUMMARY:
Power & Construction Group is expanding its Underground Utilities Division and is currently seeking a skilled Mason. 

• Division focuses on underground electric, telecom, and fiber infrastructure construction and maintenance
• Services include Duct Bank Installation, Manhole Installation, Conduit Installation, Handhole Installation, Duct Bank Repair, Manhole Maintenance and Repair, and Manhole Surveys
• Mason responsible for tasks like Manhole Frame & Cover Maintenance, Handhole Frame & Cover Maintenance, Building Block Manholes and Handholes, and Sidewalk Installation

REQUIREMENTS:

• Ability to plan ahead and work within timelines and resources, develop scopes, plan and schedule work, set priorities and goals, participate in problem-solving, and adjust for problems.
• Ability to successfully plan and implement objectives within established guidelines.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong team player.
• OSHA 10 certification (Will provide if not already obtained).
• CDL A or B is strongly preferred

WORKING CONDITIONS AND PHYSICAL EFFORT:

• Constant exposure to unusual elements such as extreme temperatures, toxic chemicals, biohazardous materials, dirt, dust, fumes, smoke, and/or loud noises.
• Considerable physical activity, including heavy lifting, pushing, or pulling.

ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS:
Any offer of employment is contingent upon passing a DOT Physical, drug screen, background check, and driver's license check. Candidates must maintain passing results throughout the term of employment with P&CG.
