• Daily Correspondence with clients, producers and underwriters.
• maintain book of business for commercial lines accounts.
• Promote Growth of existing book through account rounding
• Process endorsements, cancellations, audits, recommendations, and loss runs.
• Add coverage and new lines of business to existing accounts.
• Quote policies and process changes online with various insurance company website/systems.
• Process new business and policy renewals.
• Market, when necessary, on renewal and new business.
• Prepare documents for renewal terms, including Insurance Proposals and Acord Insurance Binders.
• Identify and address any coverage gaps with producer, carrier and client.
• Issue financing, set up EFT, and address other billing issues as needed.
• Strong organizational and verbal/written communication skills
• Ability to work independently with good time management skills

Qualifications:

• 4 years recent experience with AMS360
• 5 years Commercial Lines Account Manager experience preferred
• Must have Texas Property & Casualty Insurance License
• Proficient in Microsoft 365, Excel and Adobe

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: $50,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
