We're Pour Boy Coffee, a retro cartoon themed cafe that's been operating as a coffee trailer for the past year and half. We've expanded to a new permanent location at Waters Ave, and are looking to add some standout people to our team.

For this job, we are looking for problem solvers with outgoing personalities and the capacity to learn and grow with us.

As a Part-Time Barista at Pour Boy Coffee, you'll play a crucial role in creating a unique and enchanting coffee experience for our customers. Your passion for coffee, exceptional customer service skills, and flair for the whimsical will contribute to the magic that defines our establishment.

**Responsibilities:**

1. **Mixing Magic:**

- Craft and serve high-quality coffee, tea, milk, and soda beverages with precision and care.

- Embrace the artistry of drink-preparation, ensuring each cup is a magical experience.

2. **Customer Service:**

- Provide exceptional and personalized service to customers, creating a welcoming and enchanting atmosphere.

- Engage with patrons, sharing the stories and magic behind our diverse menu options.

3. **Maintaining the Atmosphere:**

- Contribute to the upkeep of the coffee shop's unique and magical ambiance.

- Ensure cleanliness and organization of the serving area, brewing equipment, and dining spaces.

4. **Sharing the Pour Boy Story:**

- Familiarize yourself with the Pour Boy universe, its history, and the stories behind our menu and characters.

- Share the Pour Boy experience with customers, making their visit not just a coffee stop but a journey into a deep, evolving world.

5. **Collaboration:**

- Work closely with other team members to maintain a harmonious and collaborative environment.

- Contribute ideas for special events, promotions, or new additions to our offerings.

**Requirements:**

- Prior barista experience preferred but not required.

- Passion for coffee and a desire to learn about different drink crafting techniques.

- Strong customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.

- Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends.

Pay: $9.00 - $15.00 per hour
