Live Oak Veterinary Neurology is seeking a part time Veterinary Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. We are a progressive veterinary specialty practice with expertise in veterinary neurology and neurosurgery. As a Receptionist, your job entails several important aspects of our hospital; A receptionist needs to be proficient in all of the hospital's protocols, and able to answer any question a client may have. A receptionist must be efficient and effective, able to multitask, and provide a liaison between client and veterinarian. Focusing on client satisfaction rather than client service is required at all times. Client satisfaction allows our clients to set the standard for all aspects of their care. Whatever a client needs, we provide to the best of our abilities, and the ability to anticipate needs is paramount.
Live Oak Veterinary Neurology receptionists are required to be up front at all times in order to greet clients immediately. Receptionist responsibilities include, but are not limited to: general word processing skills, reminder (appointment and anesthetic) calls; medical call-backs; mail correspondence; file maintenance, billing; scheduling; maintain a clean front lobby and reception work space; stocking bathroom and lobby with supplies; stock exam room with supplies; and maintain cleanliness in exam rooms.
3 DAY WORK WEEK!!
-At least 1 year of veterinary reception/front desk experience
