We have an immediate opening for a File Clerk in our Philadelphia office. This position requires legal experience, excellent communication and organization skills, and a desire to learn.
Job duties include, but are not limited to:
· Scanning, profiling, and processing mail
· Downloading, compiling, and saving court filings in iManage system
· Converting documents from PDF to Word format
· Downloading and saving medical records in iManage system
· Processing and performing optical character recognition (OCR) on various types of records
Qualifications
· Demonstrate proficiency in data management software
· Possess excellent written and verbal skills
· Knowledge of Microsoft office 365, Kofax, Excel
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Must have some relevant job or educational experience which clearly demonstrates the capability of performing the typical job tasks listed above.
Must have good grammar, spelling, and organizational skills.
Must have the desire to learn new programs as necessary.
- Possess at least a High School Diploma/ GED.
