As an Inside Sales Representative on the Portland Glass team, a typical day for you will include :

• Providing outstanding customer service by growing customer satisfaction and fostering trust
• Making outside calls to generate leads / follow up on lead inquires
• Following up on job estimates and quotes with customers
• Admin duties such as : Scheduling glass installations, placing orders, receiving product, confirming appointments, collecting payments, invoicing, communicating with insurance companies, etc.

Required qualifications)

• Strong verbal and written communication skills, strong Microsoft Office / computer skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screen per applicable state laws
• Experience : 1-2 years' experience in customer service
• Education : High school diploma or GED

Bring your work ethic and gain stability.

• Pay : $18 per hour - $21 per hour , based on experience
• Schedule : Monday-Friday and some Saturday availability
• Benefits : Full benefits package offered : Dental, Medical, Vision, 401k w / match
