**Overview:** We are seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Clerk to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting and be proficient in various accounting software systems. **Responsibilities:** - Process accounts payable invoices accurately and timely - Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies - Prepare and process electronic transfers and payments - Monitor accounts to ensure payments are up to date - Assist with month-end closing activities - Maintain accurate records and files **Skills:** - Proficiency in UltiPro, Ceridian, Kronos, Sage, or similar accounting software - Knowledge of accounts receivable processes - Familiarity with corporate accounting principles - Experience with PeopleSoft or other payroll management systems is a plus - Strong technical accounting skills - Previous experience as an Accounts Payable Clerk or similar role This position offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic accounting environment and grow your skills in the field.
