Poppins Productions is seeking to bring onboard Administrative Office Assistant to join our team in aiding our corporate office and sister organizations, Poppins Extensions, Poppins Urban Podcast, and Mary Essence.

We need a knowledgeable and dependable individual with an ability to be innovative and work well under pressure, especially as it relates to the entertainment and beauty world.

Administrative Office Assistant The Administrative Office Assistant is responsible for assisting and supporting the day-to-day activities of the Human Resources department and tasks to drive organizational initiatives in coordination with the company's business objectives through various activities such as coordinating meetings, updating calendars, phone and email support, internship program, support other departments, i.

This role reports directly to the Human Resources Administrator Officer and supports the Department Coordinator Job Description : Their duties include but are not limited to Create and maintain databases, including receiving registrations and managing databases for events and groups, research and compile data;
