Job Summary:
The General Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the business operations at the location. This includes managing staff, ensuring customer satisfaction, maintaining inventory levels, and meeting financial goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise staff, including hiring, training, and scheduling
- Ensure customer satisfaction by providing excellent service and resolving any issues that arise
- Maintain inventory levels and order supplies as needed
