- General Manager is responsible for enthusiastically leading and motivating the restaurant team to achieve the highest levels of guest service.
- A General Manager ensures that each restaurant visit by a guest results in friendly and personalized service with great food that is delivered in a clean and inviting environment.
- Additionally, the General Manager Will manage all aspects of the daily operations of restaurant to maximize sales, profits, and a positive guest experience.
- Responsibilities include but not limited to training, coaching and developing the team to create an environment where team members are recognized and rewarded for achieving organizational and personal goals.
- Recruiting, hiring and retention of team members.
- Maximize sales and profits within the restaurant.
- Ensure cash controls and enforcement of company policies.
- Ensure staff completes online position training requirements.
- Prepares and executes local store marketing, merchandising, sales and promotional efforts to increase sales volumes and guest traffic.
- Ensures completion of ordering, accounting, maintenance of all food and paper inventory. Ensures restaurant meets all established company percentage goals for controllable items.
- Ensures that all safety and security procedures are followed.
- Ability to lift 50 lbs.
