Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers and ensuring their satisfaction with our products and services.
Duties:
- Answer incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and timely manner
- Assist customers with product information, order placement, and order tracking
- Resolve customer complaints or issues by investigating the root cause and providing appropriate solutions
- Perform data entry tasks to update customer records and maintain accurate information in the system
- Utilize phone etiquette skills to effectively communicate with customers and provide a positive experience
- Conduct outbound calls to follow up on customer inquiries or provide additional information as needed
- Analyze customer feedback and identify opportunities for improvement in our products or services
- Upsell additional products or services to customers based on their needs and preferences
Experience:
- Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred but not required
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong data entry skills with high accuracy and attention to detail
- Ability to handle challenging situations with empathy and professionalism
- Proficient in using computer systems and software applications for customer service purposes
