Summary of Job Description

The main responsibility is to provide an unforgettable experience to our customers by delivering our Flavorful Chicken Meals right to their door! Job opportunities as a Crew Member (Delivery) are generally offered as full-time or part-time.

Key Responsibilities

• Pollo Campero Requirements:
• Puts food orders together for delivery orders.
• Packages online and/or catering orders
• Makes sure food presentation is to satisfaction.
• Checks orders for quality and accuracy before leaving the store.
• Provides quality customer service through positive and professional interaction with customers whether in-person or by phone.
• Assists BOH staff where needed in store while there are no deliveries

• Performs other related duties as required.
• Maintains overall sanitation, health, cleanliness, and safety standards for food preparation areas, cooking services, and dishes and utensils.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Preferred: Fluent in English & Spanish
• Preferred: 1 year of experience in similar roles
• Must have good interpersonal communication skills to work with customers and other employees.
• Excellent Time management and organizational skills
• Must have your own car, license, valid car registration, and valid car insurance (FL ONLY).
• Must be able to pass a motor vehicles background check (FL ONLY).
• Ability to lift and push 50 lbs.
• Ability to stand for long periods.
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Must follow the company Personal Care and Hygiene policies.
• Must be to pass E-Verify (FL ONLY).
