Pollo Campero is Hiring a Catering specialist Near Dallas, TX
Objective :
As a Regional Catering Specialist at Pollo Campero, your role will be crucial in planning, developing, and expanding sales for multiple restaurant locations in your designated region.
You will be responsible for nurturing relationships with existing clients, ensuring the successful execution of sales-building initiatives, and acting as a local brand ambassador.
This position collaborates closely with the Marketing Department, Operations Services Support, Area Manager, Management Teams, and Catering Teams at each restaurant location.
Requirements :
- Bilingual (English / Spanish)
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in catering sales, experience with demonstrated ability to increase sales across all stores in the region.
- Knowledge of regional fast-casual market and its competitors strengths and weaknesses and industry trend.
- Proven ability to establish and maintain strong relationships with clients. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
