Position

Polen Capital is seeking a Senior Project Manager who will be responsible for planning and executing strategic initiatives to meet business objectives and exceed customer expectations. This hire will have a proven track record in leading cross-functional business enablement or transformation initiatives, including new product rollouts, customer experience enhancements, and process automation.

 Responsibilities

• Actively manage end-to-end delivery of key initiatives for various business lines
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope and deliverables, identify and manage project risks and dependencies, and accomplish goals on time and within budget
• Lead multiple large-scale, time sensitive initiatives; Establish and maintain project materials, including project plans, dashboards, risk registers, and roadmaps based on PMO templates and best practices
• Coordinate and facilitate project meetings, enable decision making, and provide written and verbal updates to stakeholders and senior leadership regarding initiative status and risks
• Provide leadership and guidance to project team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performing work environment
• Drive continuous improvement by implementing retrospective learnings, best practices, processes, and tools to improve team efficiency, quality, and delivery

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, information technology, marketing, or a related field; PMP certification required
• 7 years of experience in project management with a proven track record of successfully delivering project results
• Strong organizational, prioritization, and analytical skills with the ability to support multiple initiatives concurrently
• Experience working in a scaled agile environment, utilizing methodologies such as SAFe, Agile, Scrum, and Kanban
• Proven skills in leadership, collaboration, facilitation, and communication on all organizational levels
