JOB SUMMARY 

Experience in commercial casework and architectural millwork projects. High demand and strict deadlines that must be met. 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

Qualifications

• Architectural Millwork experience in management
• Knowledge in commercial casework and architectural millwork
• Min of two years’ experience 
• Able to interpret millwork drawings.
• Computer Skills- Outlook, Excel, Word, PDF.
• Valid driver’s license

Responsibilities

• Manage custom millwork / casework projects 
• Meet project timeline / schedules
• Ordering of materials
• Schedule deliveries and installation
• Assure the highest quality
• Field dimension at project sites
• Attend project site meetings
• Collaborate with GC teams, Architects, designers, and internal teams

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES This position carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with company guidelines, policies and procedures, and applicable laws. Supervisory responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.
