Polar Beverages is Hiring a Customer service rep Near Worcester, MA
Responsibilities :
- Data entry order processing
- Ability to work with high volume of emails.
- Ensure transportation carriers are scheduled appropriately to meet customer shipping schedules.
- Knowledge of inventory control
- Interact with multiple departments and all levels of personnel regarding order substitutions and revisionsSales force regarding orders, pricing, inventory, customer complaints, etc.
- Interact with outside carriers to confirm availability of loads for customer pickup.
- Manage customers database for advanced shipping notices and routing requests.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements :
- Prior truck scheduling experience is a helpful.
- Great phone skills
- Data Entry skills
- Good math skills
- Computer knowledge, Microsoft Office
- Attention to detail and ability to prioritize.
