About the position...

Point of Rental is seeking a creative content writer to join our growing Learning & Development team.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Writing and managing documents while ensuring their accuracy, quality, and integrity.
• Update training knowledge base, release notes and sprints, upon new product releases.
• Assist in creating training content, manuals, guidelines, eLearning courses, videos, and workshops on company products.
• Assist in managing course materials in the Learning Management System, including content, exams, resource files, and content library.

Skills & Qualifications

• Exceptional organizational, multi-tasking, creativity, and communication skills.
• Partner with both team members and other departments to meet all goals and objectives in a timely manner.
• Basic analytical skills, with the ability to store, catalog, and retrieve documents.
• Strong interpersonal skills to work independently and in a team environment.
• Outstanding attention to detail with the ability to deliver high quality consumable, accurate, complete, and grammatically correct documents.
• Strong video, media, and authoring software related to eCourse production.

Job Type : Full-Time, Exempt. Salary Benefits (Medical, Dental, Vision) PTO 100% 401(k) matching (up to 4%).
