As a Payroll Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing for our partners. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience in full payroll processing, with preference given to those with experience in Paycom. Attention to detail, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills are essential for success in this role. Experience with Canadian payroll is a plus. Key Responsibilities:

• Process full-cycle payroll accurately and efficiently using Paycom
• Generate and analyze payroll reports to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies and regulations
• Manage wage garnishments and ensure compliance with legal requirements
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of local, state, and federal tax regulations
• Collaborate with the HR team to ensure accurate employee data and resolve any payroll-related issues
• Provide excellent customer service to employees regarding payroll inquiries and issues
• Assist with special projects and process improvements as needed

Qualifications:

• Minimum of three years of experience in payroll; multi-state experience strongly preferred
• Experience with Paycom is highly desirable
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
