We are looking for a fulltime Accounts Payable Specialist to join our team!

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Managing accounts payable using accounting software and other programs
• Entering accounts payable invoices and credit card transactions for separate entities and vendors
• Establishing and maintaining relationships with new and existing vendors
• Ensuring bills are paid in a timely and accurate manner while adhering to departmental procedures
• Processing transactions and performing accounting duties such as account maintenance, recording entries, and printing checks 

Qualifications:

• 3 years’ experience in accounts payable. 
• Excellent communication skills 
• Motivated and extremely positive attitude 
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Positive attitude 
• Ability to work in a faced paced environment
