The Account Executive owns and is accountable for focused client engagement and business development across multiple business verticals. Consistently and continuously seek to grow one’s individual book of business and growth of the company by demonstrating customer and operational excellence, executing sales activities to ensure the sales performance beyond the stated targets of personal goal.

Job Description:

This Account Executive will work to develop new business opportunities targeting finance and accounting, business operations, and technology staffing opportunities. They will build new and leverage existing relationships with prospective clients to obtain qualified job requirements. As a part of the relationship building, this person will update and maintain client information, track MSA’s and SOW’s. This position will maintain current contractors working, track new starts and anticipate upcoming contract endings.

Essential Functions:

  • New business development- targeting the Finance & Accounting, Business Operations & Technology markets, generating staffing requirements and partnering with Recruiting team on fulfilling these requirements.
  • Develop and maintain client relationships by phone and in person.
  • Conduct appropriate market research and attend regular industry related events.
  • Create and execute creative lead gen campaigns.
  • Partner with leadership on market engagement strategies
  • The Account Executive is responsible for all steps associated with sales process.
  • Increase sales and market share through assigned and newly generated accounts.
  • Manage developed and existing customer relationships by leveraging resources.
  • Contact and meet with prospective customers to establish customer needs, hiring cycles, and build a customer intimate relationship.
  • Prepare and present sales information and effective proposals for customers.
  • Partner with Delivery team in identifying open needs at clients, qualifying those needs, presenting top candidates, and collecting and providing candidate and interview feedback.

Qualifying requirements:

  • 1 years of experience as an Account Executive or in Business Development within the Finance & Accounting, Business Operations and/or Technical staffing arena, with a track record of acquiring in new logos.
  • Experience setting, tracking, and meeting goals and objectives.
  • Excellent time management, communication, and organizational skills
  • Strong commitment to customer service
  • Excellent phone presence, written communication & in person presentation skills
  • Strong collaboration and problem solving skills
  • Ability to work with ambiguous direction and produce results
  • Self-motivated and driven
  • A competitive spirit, someone with a passion for achievement and a desire to win.
  • A sense of urgency, excellent presentation skills and a high standard of professionalism and character are musts.
  • You are committed to personal development applying a growth mindset where you welcome feedback and always look to improve.

Compensation:

  • Base $70,000 per year (DOE)
  • Eligible for commission plan
