A Commercial Property Maintenance Company is looking for an experienced Maintenance Tech/Skilled laborer that has some or all of the following skills:

• Masonry (Concrete/Stucco repair)
• Paver repair (level uneven pavers
• Asphalt repair
• Minor plumbing
• Pressure washing
• Ceiling tiles installation
• Drywall Repair, (patch and match texture),
• Small engine repair (Leaf blowers, weed wacker, pressure washer ect),
• Operate equipment (boom lift, scissor lift, skid steer, excavator, roller ect),
• Work on a 24' ladder

Candidate should have own basic hand tools. Able to follow written/verbal instructions, perform tasks efficiently and in a timely manner. Use a smart phone device to update work order with pictures and notes. Candidates must pass a pre-employment drug screen, we are a drug free work place.

Pay: $25.00 per hour
