What You’ll Do:

Do you pride yourself on your organizational skills? Are you ready to flex your leadership muscles? The AP Supervisor directly supervises the AP team, providing support and guidance as needed. You will also be responsible for assisting the VP of Accounting in their administrative duties.

Here’s a couple of the tasks you’ll be responsible for daily:

• Ensures invoices are properly authorized and accurate.
• Ensures all AP associates follow company SOPs.
• Assists of VP of Accounting in hiring and terminations.
• Reviews printed invoice batch reports and review against entered invoices and GM’s batch received.

Where You’ve Been:

You have a bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field and 3 years of experience in accounting. You have extensive knowledge of accounts payable, and most importantly you’re someone who is able to communicate with associates in a positive and professional manner at all times.
