The Human Resources (HR) Administrator position is an exciting opportunity to join PM Groups growing USA team out of Burlington, MA . Together we will all be sharing knowledge, learning, growing and continuing to be an integral part of supporting PM Groups ongoing expansion in the US. Our offices are executing cutting-edge projects for Cell & Gene Therapy, Biologics, and Pharma facilities from feasibility through to qualification for US and international clients. With our clients and partners, we deliver projects that improve the everyday lives of people across the globe.

Reporting to the HR Manager, this individual will focus on supporting the delivery of the HR agenda nationally for 5 business units at around 120 employee. This person will be a point of contact for Employee HR questions. As a national position within PM Group, we are looking for an HR Administrator who has a passion for people, thinking outside the box and working in a fast-paced growing environment. As an HR team, our goal is to deliver outstanding HR services to our employees and deliver maximum value to the organization as a whole. The HR Administrator is responsible for supporting various HR functions, including onboarding, employee relations and HR Administration. A flexible mindset is important with the ability to pivot and prioritize as needed. The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills and the ability to maintain confidentiality. This position offers the opportunity to work collectively with a national team, allows you to take initiative while growing skills and supporting a team from East to West Coasts.

:
  • Prepare employment offers and other documentation for review by the HR Manager as required
  • Ensure that accurate employee records are managed and maintained within company HRIS (HR.net) and ATS (iCIMS) systems
  • Coordinate with local staff to facilitate a successful boarding processes for new hires
  • Participate in HR projects and support HR initiatives as needed
  • Support the coordination of USA training plans for employees
  • Assist with the coordination, input and reporting of local training programs within the Learning Management System (Cornerstone)
  • Collate US data for reporting on HR issues e.g. appraisal completion, diversity & Inclusion, etc.
  • Support compliance with federal, state and local laws and regulations
  • Interact with employees to provide support for questions on internal processes and procedures when applicable; escalate to HR Manager when appropriate
  • Support benefit enrolment for new hires and the yearly open enrollment period for all employees
  • Assist the HR Manager with tracking compliance of HR policies and practices
  • Support the development and implementation of HR continuous improvement initiatives
  • Perform other administrative related duties as required
:
  • Minimum of 2 years experience working in an HR Administrative role
  • Understanding of general human resources policies and procedures
  • Working knowledge of employee benefit policies, procedures and reporting requirements
  • Analytical and math skills
  • Knowledge of all relevant employment regulations and operating guidelines
  • Good technical skills, proficient with the entire Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Microsoft Teams, etc.) and data management experience
  • Ability to accurately perform data entry, formulate, process and generate computerized reports
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality
  • Self-driven, result-oriented positive outlook with a clear focus on providing great employee support
  • Comfortable representing PM Group from an HR perspective
