Finding qualified candidates and/or online jobs is the lifeblood of our customers’ growth engine. However, this is getting harder and harder in today’s challenging market. There are endless job listings, and many of the tools are simply not keeping up. It is nearly impossible to efficiently find people or jobs without a significant shift in your recruitment marketing or technology approach.

The Opportunity:
The Sales Executive will be expected to be a salesperson and a successful track record with measurable results, demonstrating high energy, self-motivation, self-sufficiency, flexibility and ability to work independently, and strong desire to make money.
The Sales Executive should have experience in HR technology. Prior experience in the recruitment space would be preferred. Currently, Jobiak provides their technology solution that serves 2 areas within recruiting technology platforms. The first is within websites that provide a list of open jobs, these are called service providers. Employers pay the websites to promote the job, 73% of all jobs start on Google Jobs. At one time, there are 8M open jobs, 2.5M of those are posted on Google. Instead of the employers submitting their job on Google Jobs for candidates to view, the employer posts the job on their employer career page and the service provider installs Jobiak and the software automatically pulls the job from the employer career page. It removes the posting step. The sales executive would be selling the Jobiak solution to service providers. The second area for sales would be selling directly to employers or institutional sales that use applicant tracking systems.
The SE must have a list of 10 clients to immediately approach and outbound sales 3 per month, conversion percentage – 30%. The qualified individual will need to drive constant process improvement, productivity, and efficiency while maintaining a high quality that is always keeping customer needs at the forefront of decision making.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Lead and direct enterprise sales (including SMB) and partnerships to meet or exceed sales revenue, sales profitability, and budgetary objectives.
  • Plan and direct the distribution of Jobiak’s recruiting solution to our customers.
  • Coordinate sales distribution by establishing sales territories, quotas, and goals.
  • Manage sales statistics and market data gathered by marketing executive.
  • Selling, strategic planning, maintaining customer/partnership relationships and most importantly meeting the sales financial goals for the organization.

The Right Stuff:
To be successful you will need to have sales knowledge of HR tech recruitment industry, B-B 3-5 years selling experience, must have sold to decision makers an average sale value of $15k, should have achieved a sales target of $500,000 per year, must have a list of 10 clients to immediately approach and Outbound sales 3 per month, conversion percentage - 30%.

Education & Experience
:
  • A bachelor’s degree with a business concentration is required. An MBA is preferred.
  • Requires 3-5 years of proven data driven and strategic sales experience with early sales successes.
  • This position requires mature positive relationships with at least 10 enterprise customers and partners experience.
