We're hiring a Customer Service Representative!
About the positions
The Customer Service Representative (Jewel Representative) is responsible for assisting and resolving issues from Ambassadors. Customer Service Representatives provide excellent customer service to all Ambassador's via voice, email, and online chat. Of extra importance is to foster a supportive relationship between Customer Service and Jewel Ambassadors, supporting them in their business goals.

What you'll do
  • You are responsible for resolving product or service problems with the top tiers of Plexus Ambassadors; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment and following up to ensure resolution. Respond to inquiries in a pleasant manner setting the expectation and first impression regarding the quality of service that can be expected from Plexus including striving for first time resolution.
  • You demonstrate excellence in both written and verbal communications. Builds and maintains working relationships with other departments, to resolve Ambassadors issues. Effectively communicate current company promotions, events and contests to Ambassadors. Works as a member of the Jewel Liaison team to ensure continuity of high-quality service, project delivery and responsiveness to Ambassador inquiries.
  • You have the ability to handle complex customer service situations with minimum supervision. Demonstrate ownership of resolution and the communication of resolution with the Ambassador. Demonstrate sound decision- making ability; through execution of work duties, by maintaining positive relationships with Ambassadors, and making exceptions when necessary. Serve as an example of the highest level of customer service behavior. Establish positive cross-functional relationships with other Plexus teams.
  • You serve as an Expert for all Plexus policies and procedures and the compensation plan. Effectively communicate current company promotions, events and contests to Ambassadors. Correctly utilize Plexus systems to facilitate business support as well as document support provided. Partner with department leadership to establish service targets, areas of improvement and short/long term strategic initiatives. Serve as a member of project teams as needed.
  • You will commit to working together as one team, exceed service expectations by developing positive relationships and treat others with value and respect...always.
  • You exhibit an honest and committed effort to delivering as promised, never compromising quality.
You should have
  • High school diploma or associate degree in Business, Communications, or related field
  • A minimum of two years of experience in customer service or administrative support.
  • You have intermediate computer skills including Microsoft Office and MLM software.
  • You have the ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively.
  • You collaborate with others and thrive in a team environment while meeting individual goals and expectations
  • You have the ability to anticipate obstacles and plan; accordingly, Adept at providing solutions and working in cross-functional areas to facilitate successful completion of projects and written communication skills.
