We are seeking to hire an experienced BookKeeper/ Administrative Assistant for our medical practice. A strong background in Quickbooks, Accounting and in the healthcare industry is required. Responsibilities include:
Managing payable accounts, reconciling bank statements and generating financial reports.
The candidate also must ensure compliance with industry regulations.
Credit card reconciliations, Payroll, and cost accounting are included .
The candidate should also possess excellent organizational , communication, and problem-solving skills. In addition, maturity is a key quality we seek. We value individuals who demonstrate professionalism, maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive patient and financial information with care and discretion. Requirements:
Bachelor degree in business /accounting.
2-3 years Executive Assistant experience.
Proficient in QuickBooks online.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
