We are seeking sports minded, customer service oriented people to be a part of our team!

This position will help promote all aspects of the business including but not limited to buying, selling, pricing, and merchandising. Provides a high level of customer service by ensuring customers are assisted in an enthusiastic, timely, and knowledgeable manner. Additional responsibilities include assisting store management in daily store operations, including the buying of used merchandise. The right candidate will be available to work days/nights and weekends. Prior retail experience preferred in similar product lines, but willing to train the right candidate.

Duties:
- Provide exceptional customer service to all customers
- Assist customers in selecting and purchasing sporting goods and equipment
- Demonstrate product features and benefits to customers
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently
- Maintain knowledge of current promotions, sales, and company policies
- Meet or exceed sales goals on a regular basis
- Assist customers looking to sell their quality used sports equipment
- Build and maintain relationships with customers to ensure repeat business
- Keep the sales floor clean, organized, and stocked with merchandise

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in retail sales is preferred, but willing to train the right candidate
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written
- Organizational skills to keep track of inventory and customer orders
- Technical sales knowledge to assist customers with product selection and troubleshooting
