We are a mid-sized vacation rental company is looking for a Maintenance Technician responsible for completing work orders, ensuring our homes are in top notch shape and ensuring guests have an enjoyable holiday. Candidate must be a confident and detail-oriented individual who will is well organized and experienced in managing time and people, who is looking for a place to grow in their careers with a company that cares about its employees!

Requirements

• Minimum 2 to 3 yrs. experience in the maintenance industry
• Ability to prioritize tasks
• Familiarity and understanding of basic home repair and maintenance
• Able to work a flexible schedule (weekends and one week a month on call during busy seasons)
• Positive and friendly attitude and willing to help others

Responsibilities

• Complete all work orders assigned. Repairs or replaces electrical switches, receptacles, fuses, small light fixtures, and vacuum outlets. Adjusts thermostats to maintain desired temperature. Hangs pictures, bulletin boards, cabinets. May do light painting, pressure washing, and other miscellaneous work.
• Report work performed, time spent, parts used and next steps needed if necessary.
• Maintain and update supply inventory with maintenance supervisor. Safeguard all supplies, equipment and tools.
• Knowledgeable in plumbing, A.C., and electrical is helpful!
