PivotCX is Hiring a Customer Success Representative Near Indianapolis, IN

PivotCX’s
expanding recruitment contact center teamis looking for a new member based on growth. Last year we grew over 120% and are continuing to expand. We are successful innovators in the recruiting industry and are dramatically improving the candidate experience and hiring outcomes for our employers. Our PivotCX Communications Hub enables candidates to apply and instantly have a conversation via text, voice or video within seconds.


Our Customer Sucess Team Members will:

  • Onboard new customers and provide training on PivotCX
  • Serve as the main point of contact for customer inquiries and provide timely and accurate responses
  • Proactively engage with customers to understand their needs and ensure they are maximizing the value of PivotCX
  • Conduct regular check-ins with customers to gather feedback and address any concerns or issues
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer escalations and ensure customer satisfaction
  • Identify opportunities for upselling and expansion within the customer base
  • Provide product demonstrations and educate customers on new features and functionalities
  • Monitor customer usage and adoption metrics to identify trends and develop strategies for increasing customer engagement
  • Contribute to the development of customer success resources, such as knowledge base articles and best practice guides
  • Stay up to date with industry trends and competitor offerings to provide strategic insights and recommendations to customers


Requirements
:


  • Our Team Members must be able to convey a positive attitude, and empathy for candidates and our employers
  • Flexible: We are a fast-paced tech startup and our Team Members must adapt and learn quickly!
  • Effective Communicators: Team Members directly engage with clients on a daily basis. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential
  • 2 years of experience in the HR Tech of Software Industry is a must.
  • Education: Preference for an Associate or 4-year degree, other successful related work experience will be considered
